1. Introduction

These Terms govern services by Stan Lee Plumbing & Heating Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide domestic and commercial plumbing and heating across Thirsk and North Yorkshire. Gas Safe reg. 637838.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are free and valid for 30 days. If additional work is needed, we discuss and agree before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment due on completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card.

5. Cancellations

Please give 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

All workmanship guaranteed for 12 months. Does not cover pre-existing issues or normal wear.

7. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Liability limited to cost of work.

8. Access & Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area.

9. Data Protection

We handle data per our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
